What to include in your enquiry
- Your organisation and contact details.
- The material or feedstock and its intended application.
- The scientific question or performance requirement, and any non-confidential results already available.
- Relevant processing constraints, timescale and, for a funding proposal, the call and deadline.
Send a non-confidential outline first. Confidential information, sample handling, the work programme, costs and intellectual-property terms should be agreed before detailed technical work begins.
